I, and my wife, are new to the Coeur D'Alene area. I was out for a walk and happened to pass by the Windermere Coeur D'Alene office located at 1000 NW Boulevard. I walked into the main office and the women at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. I explained I was new to the area and was looking for a new home. They called upstairs for an agent to assist me.
Kevin Lett came down stairs to meet with me. He took me upstairs to his office and I explained to him what I was looking for. I was looking for a house on some acreage. Kevin took my email address and said he would email me some places over the weekend for it was Friday. He then said Monday he would be happy to take me and my wife around to look at some properties.
Over the next six weeks, Kevin took my wife and I out looking at numerous properties from Coeur D'Alene, Blanchard, and up to Cocolalla. I almost felt bad for the amount of beautiful properties we looked at and yet nothing hit home quite yet.
Finally, Kevin took us to a house and the minute we laid eyes on it, we knew it was the one. Kevin completely took great care of the paperwork for our offer and counter offer. Kevin took care of several issues I had never thought of. It had been over 25 years since I purchased my last house. The offer was accepted and we were so happy.
Kevin had assisted me, Prior to making an offer, set me up with a Idaho Central Credit Union to be pre qualified. I worked with John DeLuca who was fabulous. Being pre-qualified is what got our offer accepted, another issue I had not thought of doing until I found a house I was Interested in. Due to Kevin and his pre planning for me, we got the house of our dreams.
Kevin did a GREAT JOB as well as John DeLuca at Idaho Central Credit Union. They made the entire process easy and trouble free. Thank you so much for helping my wife and I out. AWESOME JOB.
